Our Services

We produce Sole Trader, Partnership and Limited Company accounts.

Year end accounts form the basis of your Self Assessment Tax Return whether you are a sole trader, partnership or limited company. They also form the backbone of most business's credit worthiness. Banks and building societies will often ask to see a set of accounts in support of credit or mortgage applications.

In addition, a set of year end accounts will help to ensure that good record keeping and controls exist within your business. This could prove especially important in the event of a HMRC compliance visit or when answering specific enquiries from HMRC.

Whether you are a sole trader, partnership or Limited Company we can help you produce your year end accounts. We offer a helpful and friendly service and our book- keeping, accounts and taxation advice services can remove a stressful and time-consuming process from your shoulders.

Limited company accounts are converted into the required XBRL format for electronic submission to HMRC and Companies House.

We can recommend and supply clients with a simple paper-based bookkeeping system, For computer users we can suggest spreadsheet based accounting systems compatible with accounts production packages and, for the more advanced computer user, we recommend Quickbooks which can be easily maintained by clients and which, in the event of any queries or concerns that cannot readily be dealt with over the telephone or by e mail, can be forwarded to us in order that we can assist with back up information held and accessible on our systems.

We represent a large number of sub contractors in the construction industry and deal with HMRC’s Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) complex legislation on behalf of individual sub contractors as well as for those "employing" companies that engage sub contractors including advising and assisting with the online submission of monthly CIS returns.
